Preston Response XS Carp 16M Pole Package

Featuring several improvements from the popular Response Carp, the XS Carp is constructed from 100% Torayca High Performance Japanese Carbon Fibre. The XS Carp has been specifically designed with the commercial angler in mind. Stiff, responsive and most importantly strong enough to cope with the rigorous demands of modern day commercial fishing.

The XS Carp features have been developed using the most durable and hard-wearing carbon fibre available, built to bag big weights and tame big powerful fish, but still retain exceptional balance and responsiveness. The Response XS Carp is fully interchangeable with the Response range making it the ideal second pole for any existing Response pole owners.

The pole measures a true 16M when fitted with the reinforced half extension which is supplied as standard. The pole comes with 3 Bi-Conical Mini Extensions in total which fit from the fifth section upwards. These extensions are designed to prevent any potential damage to pole sections when striking into fish at both long and short distances.

Longevity is one of the key improvements the XS Carp encompasses from the original model. Preston Innovations have included additional internal and new external reinforcements on each section, increasing the poles lifespan and reducing section damage over time. The top kits feature the same EVA elastic alignment cones which keeps your elastic away from the internal wall of the kit, eliminating the elastic sticking and working ineffectively. Each top kit comes ready to fish thanks to the pre-bushed genuine Internal PTFE bushes and fitted Roller Pulla Bushes which not only prevents elastic damage, but significantly improves fish playing performance.

The XS Carp is supplied with a total of 8 Super Power top kits which are all measured at the optimum 2.4M length. These top kits offer increased stiffness and extra durability even in the most testing situations.

All sections feature section alignment arrows for maximum efficiency. Shipping in all conditions is assisted by the Easy Ship finish on all sections to ensure fishing will not be compromised, regardless of the weather. Packing into one section at 14.5M all sections and spare kits come supplied in protective tubes as standard and are housed in a bespoke Response Pole Holdall.
